About Shar Volf, CPA, ASA(CPA Australia)

With more than 27 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and corporate governance, I founded Volf Accountancy International to provide bespoke advisory services for clients operating across U.S. and global jurisdictions.
My career spans leading CPA firms on both coasts and tax management within San Francisco's financial district law firms, where I developed deep expertise in international compliance, reporting, and tax strategy.
I hold a B.S. in Accounting and an M.S. in Taxation from Golden Gate University, a Master of Studies in Law (Corporate Compliance) from Fordham Law School, and I am completing my LLB (Hons) with the University of London, specialising in International Law.
My mission is to bridge law, finance, and ethics - helping organisations build transparent, compliant, and resilient structures for sustainable global growth. Guided by my motto, Virtute et Veritate - With Courage and Truth, I combine the precision of a CPA with legal foresight, empowering clients to operate with integrity and confidence.
