Volf Accountancy International was founded by Shar Volf, CPA, MST, MSL, to serve clients who operate across borders, across regulators, and across risk categories. With more than 27 years of experience in taxation, accounting, and corporate governance, the firm integrates financial precision with legal insight to deliver clarity and control in complex regulatory environments.

Shar's career spans leadership positions with both West Coast and East Coast CPA firms and tax management in a San Francisco law firm, where she gained deep expertise in cross-border structuring, audit readiness, and compliance reporting.

Volf Accountancy International is built on the belief that integrity, ethics, and transparency are not just ideals - they are strategic assets. Whether advising on AML compliance, international tax, or board governance, the firm brings a disciplined, research-based approach to every engagement.

Shar combines her CPA practice and advanced legal education - holding a Master of Studies in Law from Fordham University School of Law and pursuing an LLB(Hons) from the University of London, specializing in International Law. This dual perspective enables clients to bridge financial and legal frameworks seamlessly, ensuring every decision stands on solid ethical and regulatory ground.
